Why vote labour? (plus some techno)

Due to a power failure in Guildford yesterday, I was unable to get any books from the library. This meant that this morning, instead of spending my commute getting into a new novel, I was forced to plough through ‘Why vote labour?’, 125 pages of sweeping statements and touching anecdotes, written by a Labour candidate from Leeds. Well, clearly she’s not from Leeds, but she wants to have a second home  in Leeds in due course.  I’m still hoping that the Lib Dems or Tories equivalent tomes will have a bit more substance, but perhaps that’s naive. At least I’m trying to remain open-minded this time round…

In other news the new RA podcast from the anonymous 19.454. is ace. Much better than Labour.
